Three phases towards a TB-Mukt State

Each phase follows a pillar of the national programme and builds on the one before.

Phase 1

Detect

Screen high-risk groups with ultra-portable X-ray and AI-assisted reading. Refer presumptive cases.

Output: people screened and referred.

Confirm by NAAT under NTEP, notify on Ni-kshay, start treatment and support nutrition.

Preventive treatment for contacts, repeat screening of high-risk groups, TB-free certification of Gram Panchayats.
